Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the receipt of your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at flightcases@vdveldebv.nl. Please note: returns must be sent to the following address: Van der Velde BV, Pampuslaan 219, 1382JP Weesp.
Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and immediately contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the issue and resolve it for you.
Exceptions/Items That Cannot Be Returned
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Items on sale or gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not possible. The quickest way to get the desired item is to return the current item and place a new order for the new item. Once the return is accepted, you will be refunded for the purchase amount.
Legal Right of Withdrawal in the EU (14 Days)
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a reason. As with the above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified and we will let you know whether the return has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded within ten working days via the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please contact us at flightcases@vdveldebv.nl if it has been more than 15 working days since we approved your return.
