OUR SERVICE
1. APPLICATION
Download the art request form! Fill in the details about your artwork, such as size, type, and packaging requirements, and then return the form to info@vdveldebv.nl.
2. CONFIRMATION
Upon receiving your request, we will send a confirmation along with a customized quote. We will provide you with a clear overview of the costs and the expected timeline for packaging. Once approved, the item can be delivered to us to initiate the process.
3. PACKAGING
In our separate and suitable workspace, we custom-pack the artwork with care and the best materials to ensure it is fully protected for transport.
4. SHIPMENT
After packaging, we will inform you when the artwork and the necessary transport documents are ready. We can then discuss the preferred transport options.
