Shipping: Our products are handcrafted, and we work with minimal stock. Therefore, we aim to ship your order within 15 days. Depending on your location, we either deliver the product personally to you, or you can pick it up directly from us.
Returns: Not satisfied? No problem! You can return your order within 30 days of receipt according to our return policy. Please note:

Maintaining your KEES storage box is easy. For the exterior, simply wipe the box with a damp cloth to remove dust and dirt. Avoid using harsh cleaning products that could damage the finish. The metal parts, such as corners and locks, should be regularly checked for rust and lightly cleaned if necessary. Ensure the box is stored in a dry place to keep the materials in optimal condition. With frequent use, you may also want to check and maintain the wheels or handles.
